If you have ever watched The Biggest Loser you have likely seen Jillian work someone until they puke. I had never thought that possible for me. This goes back to my Monday post about not working out as hard as I could.
Today, Franklin my Zumba instructor, asked if we wanted to be pushed a little harder. He added free weights to the routine and did not let up for the entire 60 minutes. The breaks between sets were shorter and the added weights really intensified everything.
I came incredibly close to passing out at one point, but I soldiered on and did everything he asked.
When it was over he said he was inspired to push harder because we were keeping up with him. It felt incredibly good.
